Make the most of your conference experience with the CWEA Annual Conference and Expo Mobile App. Take notes, view and create schedules, create a personalized summary, make use of the social features. 

Sometimes rooms and speakers change and the app and website have the most up-to-date information regarding speakers, sessions and locations. When you download the app, be sure to turn notifications on so you can get all the updates on room changes, door prize drawings, and upcoming activities.

1. DOWNLOAD THE EVENTSCRIBE APP

Scan the QR Code or go to the Apple App Store or GooglePlay and search for eventScribe.



Install and open the eventScribe app. Find the AC24 event icon in the Upcoming Events (bottom row) or search for CWEA.


2. LOGIN TO THE APP

Attendees: Tap on the Login button and enter your CWEA Membership username and password to login to the app. These are the same credentials as your CWEA membership.

Exhibitors: Tap on the "Exhibitors Only" button to create your own account to login to the app. NOTE: Do NOT log out or close app as you will have to recreate a log in.

3. APP TIPS

Download the app before you go!
Wi-Fi connection onsite can affect the funcionality of the app. Browse the event information and create a schedule by tapping on the star next to the presentation titles.
