Mr. Stephen Clark is an aquatic toxicologist and environmental scientist with over 29 years of experience directing studies to determine the effects of contaminants in the environment. In 1999, he joined Pacific EcoRisk and has served as the Laboratory Director, QA Officer, and is currently a Vice President and Special Projects Director. Studies that he manages are across a spectrum of regulatory issues, including NPDES POTW discharges, stormwater, agricultural discharges, biological community assessments, ship ballast water treatment, and chemical evaluations, He has extensive experience serving on technical committees, and is currently the chairperson of the Environmental Laboratory Technical Advisory Committee.
