Brian has been overseeing the Asset Management Program at OC San for the past 3.5 years. Working in the Planning Division of Engineering, Brian works closely with Operations and Maintenance to meet their needs, oversees the Condition Assessment Program and production of the annual Asset Management Plan. Prior to joining OC San, Brian spent the previous 19 years in consulting engineering working on various Water and Wastewater projects serving as a Project Manager, Resident Engineer and Design Engineer. Brian has worked on numerous large, complex and challenging projects which makes him great at problem solving and knowing what it takes to make projects successful.
