Jennifer Dooley is the GIS Administrator for Moulton Niguel Water District. She has over 15 years of experience in the GIS industry, having worked for public safety, municipal governments, and water/wastewater agencies. In addition to maintaining facility data and supporting asset management efforts, the GIS department she oversees also supports various District workflows such as proactive leak detection, CCTV inspections, and valve exercising.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor's degree from Loyola Marymount University and Master of Library and Information Science degree from San Jose State University. She holds a Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) certification as well as a Grade D2 Drinking Water Operator Certification from the California State Water Resources Control Board.
Aside from her professional interests, Jennifer spends most weekends gleefully enjoying nature and destroying her knees on Southern California’s hiking trails.
