After working seasonally with both state and national parks in California, Melissa moved to Placer County where she found a new educational niche. For over 13 years now, she has been an integral part of creating powerful programming for schools and residents of the city of Roseville. At the Utility Exploration Center, Melissa and all the staff there create an experience that fosters public engagement with utilities to partner in conservation.
