Cherylle has diverse experience as a project manager in the planning, design and construction management of wastewater facilities. She has a strong background in infrastructure assessment and rehabilitation, engineering and cost analyses, contractor coordination, project management, and construction management support. Cherylle believes that projects are most successful when teams (external and internal) work in harmony under a common direction—it’s why she emphasizes the importance of building teams of passionate, experienced individuals that share a drive to succeed in quality and service. With a strong background in project management, she drives teams to deliver technical work with rigorous adherence to quality and design, while keeping decision-makers engaged and knowledgeable to instill confidence they are making fully informed, good decisions. Building relationships based on trust promotes a strong project team to take on challenges and changes and successful delivery.
