Jason Ching has nearly 24 years of experience as a professional engineer in the State of California. He is currently the Capital Programs Manager for the Dublin San Ramon Services District, where he oversees a 2-year budget of approximately $71 million, and served as the District's project manager for its recently completed Energy Facilities Master Plan. Prior to the District, he was employed at Alameda County Water District and Los Angeles County Sanitation District.
