Dan is a Senior Civil Engineer for the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District, and has over 31 years of experience working on Public Works Projects, with 28 of those years designing and managing both small and large Capital Improvement Projects at the Sacramento Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant. His primary focus for the last 8-years has been administering and managing several aspects of the EchoWater Project, which is a roughly $2 Billion Program to upgrade the Sacramento Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant from a secondary treatment process to a tertiary treatment process with nutrient removal.
Dan earned his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the California State University, Sacramento, with a focus on structural and wastewater engineering.
