Kent Freeman is a 30 year veteran of the Fire Service. He recently retired from Roseville Fire Department where he served as the coordinator of technical rescue services. He has worked extensively in the area of Confined Space Entry/Rescue, Trenching/Eexcavation and Rescue, as well as technical rope rescue and fall protection. He has worked with California State Fire Training developing curricullum for Confined Space Rescue and Trench Rescue. He operates a small company, California Health & Rescue Training where he provides safety and rescue training for private industry, public works organizations and Fire Departments throughout the Western United States.
