Karen Morgan is the Utilities Manager for Mountain House and is responsible for water, wastewater, stormwater, and solid waste. She has several State Water Resource Control Board certifications including a Water Distribution V, Water Treatment IV, Wastewater Treatment III and 20 years of experience. She also has a CWEA Cross Connection Specialist and Wastewater Collections II. Karen holds a BS in Natural Resources: Water Resource Management from Oregon State University and is working on her MNR.
