Amy Omae is a Project Manager for HDR with a primary focus in wastewater and a Professor teaching the Water Reuse course at Santiago Canyon College. She received her B.S. in Chemistry and Environmental Health Science in 2004 and completed her M.S. in Civil Engineering with Environmental emphasis in 2006 from the University of Miami, Florida. Since then, she's gained a broad range of experience from research, pilot testing, and planning studies to designing water and wastewater treatment and conveyance systems to field engineering during construction. Amy is committed to providing efficient, effective, and sustainable solutions that can be easily implemented and sharing knowledge and experiences to continuously learn and improve on current practices.
