Mary Lou Romero is a civil engineer and Brown and Caldwell's wastewater and biosolids PFAS lead for the West. She received her B.S in environmental engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obipso. She is interested in wastewater and biosolids; from early planning to design and construction of facilities. In her free time, Mary Lou can be found traveling with Engineers without Borders, where she leads a team working in Kenya.
