Mr. Gutierrez has a BS in Civil Engineernig from Fresno State and an MS in Environmental Engineering from UC Davis. He joined Carollo Engineers in 2001 and is a Vice President and office manager in Reno, Nevada. His diverse experience includes planning, design, and construction of wastewater treatment facilities, water reuse facilities, water treatment facilities, pipelines, river outfalls, intakes, and pump stations. Most recently he has been managing energy master plans for water and wastewater utilities in Northern CA, helping them identify and evaluate opportunities for energy efficiency, renewable energy generation and reduction of GHG emissions, as well as assisting with policy development.
