Presentation Description: Statistics show that the Certification passing rates for Collection System Maintenance Grades are too low. As the saying goes, "If nothing changes...nothing changes." Let's explore ways to look at technical certification prep through the lens of instructional design to create learning that sticks. We'll look at how to blend certification testing data with practical application to find a method for test preparation that works! Session for agencies who would like to improve their overall training certification approach and for individuals who will take exams in the future.
