Kathryn Gies is an Engineering Manager at West Yost Associates. She has over 24 years’ experience in developing and leading wastewater treatment, biosolids rmanagement, and recycled water planning and permitting projects. She leads West Yost's wastewater treatment process design, facilities planning and regulatory compliance practice. Kathryn is also an active member of the San Francisco Bay Section and is currently serving as CWEA's Vice President.
