Amber Wallace (she/her/hers)

Senior Civil Engineer

Amber Wallace has 20 years of experience as a Civil Engineer. She graduated from Sacramento State in 2004 with a BS in Civil Engineering and went on to obtain her CA PE License.

Amber is currently a Senior Civil Engineer with the Capital Projects Department at the City of West Sacramento. In Capital Projects, she manages water and sewer utility projects as well as overseeing the development of the sewer and water master plans. Prior to West Sacramento Amber worked for 13 years with the Sacramento Area Sewer District. There she worked on Project Management, Flow Monitoring, and Regulatory Compliance.
