Victor Rodriguez certified in wastewater and distribution, currently the Operations and Maitenance Training Coordinator with Inland Empire Utilities Agency MWD. I have been employeed with IEUA for over 31 years, 12 years in operations, 1 year in special projects, 17 years in distribution, and 1 year as the Training Coordinator. My duties and responsibilities are as follows; plan, design, implement, administer, and coordinate a variety of training programs related to the operations and maintenance of Agency-operated facilities including collections systems, water reclamation, recycled water system,groundwaterrecharge (GWR) operation, and desalter. Victor will perform complex training analysis and/or act as a subject-matter expert in area(s) of assignment ensuring the Agency’s Operations and Maintenance staff are trained for compliance with all regulatory requirements while also ensuring a safe and efficient workforce. I also provide professional advice and counsel to Agency Leadership, managers, and supervisors on training needs required for the continued operation of the Agency’s facilities in a safe, reliable, and cost-effective manner as well as perform related duties as assigned.
