Cindy Murra is a Senior Engineer with the Orange County Sanitation District (OC San). She has been with OC San for nearly 20 years. Cindy has a master's degree in civil engineering from California State University, Fullerton. She enjoys leading teams to deliver successful wastewater projects that supports OC San's mission to protect the public health and environment. She held a lead technical role on the separation of OC San's Plant No. 2 into two treatment trains as part of the award winning Groundwater Replenishment System Final Expansion. She is currently the project manager on the Activated Sludge-1 and Secondary Clarifier Rehabilitation project.
