My name is Mike minchaca and i am a lead collections system worker on the construction team at USD. I have been in this industry since december of 2012 where i first got hired on at West Valley Sanitation District. After 3 years I made the move to USD in October of 2015 where i made my way up the ranks to lead worker on the construction team. Now i am one of the leads tasked with running a crew on either our trenchless point repair crew or our inversion linning crew along with performing lateral reinstating and many other tasks with our schwalm robotic cutter.
