Environmental Program Manager

Adrienne Cibor is the Environmental Program Manager for the Town of Windsor in Sonoma County, California. In her role, Adrienne serves as the laboratory director, and manages permit compliance for the Town’s discharge and recycled water permits. She also contributes to the lead service line inventory and the annual consumer confidence report for drinking water.
Adrienne has a bachelor’s degree in biology from San Diego State University. Prior to joining the Town of Windsor in 2022, she spent 19 years in an aquatic toxicity testing laboratory working with municipal, commercial, industrial, and academic clients. She oversaw the training of laboratory data reviewers and was integral in developing the project management and data review programs for the laboratory.
Outside of work she loves to cook and is forever in search of the perfect pizza. She also enjoys hiking and exploring Sonoma County backroads with her dogs, Jude and Floyd.
