Leslie Knapp

O&M/Commissioning
Brown and Caldwell
Rancho Cordova, CA

Leslie is part of Brown and Caldwell’s Operations and Maintenance group and is a certified wastewater operator in North Carolina and California. For the past few years, she has been doing commissioning and startup work for the EchoWater Project, a large WWTP upgrade in Sacramento. In this role, Leslie tests and verifies proper operation of new equipment and processes, troubleshoots problems during startup, and helps make sure the plant’s O&M staff are trained and ready to take over. Leslie has a B.S. in Chemistry from Warren Wilson College in North Carolina and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She is currently serving as Vice President for the local Sacramento section of CWEA.
