Mike is a senior principal in Brown and Caldwell's Walnut Creek office with over 29 years of experience in planning, design, construction, commissioning, and optimization of water resource recovery facilities. He as an MS in Environmental Engineering from UC Berkeley and a BS in Civil Engineering from San Diego State, and he has PE registration in both civil and mechanical engineering in California.
