My name is Javier Samaniego, I have my associates degree in Applied Science Technology from SBVC. Right after college I applied to the Inland Empire Utility Agency to join the operations team. I completed 8 months as an intern, 9 months as an OIT and currently now hold a grade II in wastewater as of March 1st, 2024. I am on my journy into receiving my grade III and begin expanding my certfications in advance water treatment. Ive shared my input and experience of the Operator 10 Core Competencies at Tri-State and other wastewater treatment plants with the purpose of helping other new operators like myslef.
