Scott Joslyn is a California certified Grade V WWTPO and has 29 years of experience in design, process control, and operation of water and wastewater treatment plants. Scott had his first startup while working shifts as an operator. Since then he has participated in many plant startups that required planning, mechanical inspections, and verification of proper operation of equipment and processes. Scott either directs and supports or actively performs water and wastewater treatment plant startups across the United States and enjoys helping the operators learn how to run their plants well.
